An evening Flow to unwind at the end of your day.

Yin Yoga:
Stretch, release, and relax—even through moments of discomfort.
In this class, you’ll learn to use your breath to soften into deep stretches, targeting your connective tissue rather than engaging your muscles. Poses are held for 3 to 8 minutes (don’t worry, they’re all seated or lying down!), allowing gravity and breath to gently guide you deeper.
Yin yoga gently increases flexibility, lengthens muscles, and promotes a deep sense of calm. It helps balance your energy, naturally detoxify the body, and reduce stress. This meditative practice slows the mind, improves focus, and leaves you feeling grounded.

Myofascial Release & Yin:
Myofascial release is a simple and effective way to ease tension, improve mobility, and reconnect with your body—both physically and emotionally. In this class, we use tennis balls and other props for gentle “self-massage,” applying pressure to our fascia (the connective tissue that supports and surrounds our muscles).
No experience? No problem! If you’re looking to relieve stiffness, tension, knots, and stress, experience deeper relaxation, improve your mobility and circulation – overall: just feel better in your body – this class is for you!

Spiritual Warrior:
This class is a well-rounded, one-hour practice that follows a set sequence each time. It includes a warm-up, breathwork, chanting, sun salutations, standing poses, twists, balances, backbends, forward bends, and inversions, all leading to meditation and relaxation.
It’s perfect for those with a busy schedule, anyone looking to build strength and flexibility, or those wanting a consistent practice to deepen their yoga journey.
Since the sequence stays the same, you’ll have the chance to refine your movements, track your progress, and build confidence over time.

Restorative + Yoga Nidra:
Find deep rest—let us guide you there.
In this class, there’s nothing to do, nothing to achieve—just be. With the support of props, we’ll help you get completely comfortable as you’re gently led through the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra.
This practice can ease stress, improve sleep, and offer a doorway to deeper self-awareness through meditation. Most of all, it’s an opportunity to experience true rest, something we all need more of.
