We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your use of the website or purchase of classes, events, memberships, or products signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended. To ensure you stay up to date, we recommend you review these terms and conditions regularly.

Operational Service

These terms apply whenever you make a booking to attend one of our classes, purchase a pass, or sign up for a membership. In case of any discrepancy between what our team has informed you and this document, this document will take precedence.

We reserve the right to update, change, or remove operational procedures, including but not limited to operating hours, opening days, class types, teachers, and schedules. These changes will be reflected on our website or at the studio.

Personal items policy:

We do not allow personal items (such as posters, crystals, phones, photographs, bags) on students’ yoga mats. All items must be stored at the back of the studio in the shelving area provided.

The studio is a neutral, trauma-informed space. Teachers reserve the right to ask anyone who does not adhere to health and safety rules to leave the studio.

Cancellations and Refunds:

– All classes, workshops, events, and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Missed classes, workshops, and events will not be refunded or credited.

– Fees paid for participation in Grow ‘N Flow Yoga classes, workshops, or events are non-refundable. Grow ‘N Flow Yoga may, at its sole discretion, grant refunds, which will not prejudice its rights.

– Grow ‘N Flow Yoga reserves the right to cancel any student’s membership, pass, event, or retreat booking without explanation. Refunds, if applicable, will be at the studio’s discretion.

Late Cancel Fees:

For cancellations or no-shows:

– Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the class starts. Any cancellations made within the 1-hour window will incur a $10 fee, or 1 class will be deducted off the class pass option you used to pay. Charges will be applied to the card on file.

– Failure to cancel and not showing up for a class will also incur a $10 fee if you are a member, or 1 class will be deducted off the class pass option you used to pay. Charges will be applied to the card on file.

Waitlist Policy

If you add yourself to a waitlist, treat it as if you are attending the class. Once someone cancels and a spot opens, you will be automatically added to the class and notified via email.

Membership Terms

Membership Agreement:

By signing a membership agreement, your membership will continue on a weekly basis until terminated. All terms and conditions outlined in this membership will apply until the membership is cancelled.

Membership Inclusions:

Your Grow ‘N Flow Yoga membership allows unlimited yoga classes, plus specific discounts on events held at the studio.

Start of Membership:

You may suspend your membership for a period of 1 to 12 weeks (84 days) in a 52 weeks cycle.  Suspension requests must be submitted via email to hello@grownflowyoga.com.au at least 5 business days before the intended suspension period. Requests for extensions to suspension periods will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Termination of Membership:

Memberships may be cancelled with 5 business days’ written notice. Cancellation notices should be emailed to hello@grownflowyoga.com.au. Fortnightly payments will continue until the 5 days’ notice period has expired and the termination date is effective.

Transaction Charges:

All payments will be deducted via direct debit through our payment provider. Failed payments will incur an administration fee of $5. This fee will be added to the next direct debit payment.

If a direct debit is declined, Grow ‘N Flow Yoga will notify you via email. The payment will be reprocessed 7 days later. If your payment fails more than twice for the same period, we reserve the right to suspend your membership until the payment is settled in full.

Refunds:

No refunds, full or partial, are available for unused sessions during any fortnightly payment cycle. Memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We recognise that individuals have the right to control how their personal information is collected and used. We take this trust seriously. We will not collect or monitor any personal information without your consent.

Personal information is collected voluntarily and will only be used for the following purposes:

– To fullfill membership obligations

– To provide information about products, services, and/or special offers

– To obtain feedback on products and services

– To record statistical data for marketing analysis

We will take all reasonable steps to keep personal information secure, accurate, and up to date.

Liability Disclaimer

By attending a class, workshop, or event at Grow ‘N Flow Yoga, you agree to the following terms:

It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of limitations before class begins.

I am participating voluntarily in classes, workshops, or events at Grow ‘N Flow Yoga.

I am over 18 years of age.

I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education, and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis, or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By signing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class.

If I am pregnant, become pregnant, or am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature affirms that I have obtained my physician’s specific approval to participate in yoga classes:

• If I am pregnant and under 3 months, I understand that I must have explicit written consent from my physician to participate in any yoga classes.

• For existing members with physician approval, I understand that I have access to all classes, including Vinyasa.

• For new members who are pregnant, I will not have access to Vinyasa classes until my instructor has assessed my practice. I can participate in all other classes during this time.

I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk.

I am aware that from time to time, the studio and instructors might take digital photos and videos for marketing purposes during classes or events. I hereby grant Grow ‘N Flow Yoga permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration.

I understand and agree that all photos will become the property of Grow ‘N Flow Yoga and will not be returned.

I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Grow ‘N Flow Yoga, its owners, employees, and instructors.

I understand that it is my responsibility to stay informed about any updates to the Terms and Conditions, which are available on the Grow ‘N Flow Yoga website.

I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Agreement and Release of Waiver of Liability. I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my signature serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in New South Wales, Australia.
